Boost! Cockpit offers "Sign in with Google" as an authentication option. When you choose to sign in with Google, we request the following Google OAuth scopes: openid, profile, and email. With your consent, Google shares the following information with us:

  • Your Google account ID (an opaque identifier used to recognize you on return visits).
  • Your name and profile picture.
  • Your primary email address and whether Google has verified it.

How we use Google user data. We use this information solely to create and authenticate your Boost! Cockpit account, to display your name and avatar inside the application, and to send you account-related communications. We do not sell Google user data, share it with third parties for advertising, use it for advertising purposes of any kind, or use it to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.

Limited Use compliance. Boost! Cockpit's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion. Information obtained from Google is retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time by emailing the address in the "Contact Us" section below; doing so deletes the Google-derived profile data we hold, subject to records we are required to retain by law. You may also revoke Boost! Cockpit's access to your Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain legitimate business records. When information is no longer needed, we will delete it, de-identify it, or securely retain it where required by law.
